Guest Accommodation

 

St Catherine's has two self-contained guest apartments available for casual accommodation bookings.  Whether you are on vacation in Perth or are visiting the University on business, you will find St Catherine's a convenient and very comfortable accommodation choice. And yes, men are welcome!

All apartments are charged at $120 per night, for a single or double (price includes GST).  Minimum stay of 2 nights for apartment bookings.

 

We have two large studio apartments. Each contains a Queen bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen (including an oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle), ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, direct dial phone with free local calls and internet access available on request*.  A foldaway bed is available upon request for a third person at an additional cost of $15 per night. Apartments are located on the first floor and the ground floor.

Apartment guests receive a complimentary breakfast each day served from the College Dining Hall (when the Dining Hall is operational). Apartments are serviced weekly. Guests are also welcome to use the College's facilities including the lounge, tennis court and swimming pool.  Internet access is available at a cost of $11 per week*.

* Internet access in the apartments can only be set up during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm).  Guests arriving outside of business hours will be able to use the College Computer Room which has full internet access.

   

Deposits: a deposit of one nights accommodation is required when making a booking.

 

Cancellations:  in the case of a cancellation the deposit of one nights accommodation will be non-refundable.  The deposit will also not be refunded for no-shows.

 

 

 

 

St Catherine's College offers our student rooms to residential conference groups, sporting groups and school camps during the summer vacation period from late November to mid February.

 

Group accommodation at St Catherine's varies from our single students rooms which are fully furnished with shared bathroom facilities, direct dial telephone and internet access through to a limited number of ensuite rooms and self-contained apartments.  Fans and heaters can be supplied in all rooms.

 

Our kitchen can also provide all meals to your guests and catering packages can be tailored to suit your requirements.
