Your Room
Your room is just that – your room. It’s your personal sanctuary, so you’re free to personalise it. It’s furnished with a bed, desk, study chair, lamp, heater and fan, but it’s yours to use and decorate as you see fit. Put up posters. Pin photos of family and friends. Make yourself at home.
Want to walk around in your PJs? That’s up to you. Can’t help but make a mess? No problem. There will be nobody hassling you to clear up after yourself, although you’ll have to tidy up a bit once a week so that our team of cleaners can come in and vacuum for you. Oh, and you’ll have to provide and launder your own bed linen.
One bonus about St Cats’ rooms is that they are the largest and best equipped on campus! Every room has a direct dial telephone, along with an Ethernet connection for hooking up your PC or laptop to the UWA’s network and the Internet. We even have an IT tutor who will help you set up your PC or laptop connection safely and securely. By the way, there are no time or download limits on St Cat’s Internet connections!
